In 1985, Mr. Sushil Jain started a small business in a 10 sq ft shop in Naya Bans with just two employees, in the name of Noida Cement Traders. The twin objectives in mind were: to expand the business to achieve a turnover of 100 crores, and to make the company a name to reckon with and synonymous with quality and unmatched services. To achieve his dreams, he had to forgo short term profits to build long lasting customer relationships through a "NO COMPROMISE" policy on quality and services.

The city of Noida (New Okhla Industrial Development Authority) was conceived to accommodate the expanding industrial growth of the NCR Region. The very first step towards building this city was the building of infrastructure to support and house this new industrial spill over. Though the times were really tough for the cement industry in those days, Mr. Sushil Jain, with his grit and determination to succeed, did not deter from his mission.

In 1995, the status of company turned to a Private Limited and Noida Cement Private Limited (NCPL) was hence born. NCPL's decision to expand its business by getting into the distributorship of building materials was a result of natural organic growth in the cement field, which in particular, seemed to hold huge and promising potential. Since then, there has been no looking back for the company.
